Partner for Practice Transitions
Nurse educators recognize that teaching as a scholarly activity and that the need for scholarship is integral to the role. I have expertise in the clinical setting and want to become involved in planning and implementing scholarly activities that will enhance student learning. I feel I have creative ideas that are appropriate for teaching which are not located in the traditional clinical setting that can be effective for learning. I plan on developing programs for practicing nurses for continuous education credits. I also want to become an integral component in the development of future programs, policies and nursing research.
